3. Packaging Responsibility
Customers must ensure proper and secure packaging of goods. Indo Courier is not liable
for damages due to improper packing by the sender.
4. Restricted & Prohibited Items
Items such as hazardous goods, illegal substances, perishable items, currency, and
valuable documents may not be shipped. Customers must check our prohibited list before booking.
5. Liability
Indo Courier & Cargo Services will not be responsible for delays caused by natural disasters,
strikes, customs clearance, or incorrect address provided by the sender.
6. Insurance
Customers are encouraged to opt for insurance on valuable shipments. Indo Courier will not
cover loss/damage of uninsured shipments beyond standard liability.
7. Payment & Charges
All shipments must be prepaid unless credit terms are agreed upon. Charges once paid are non-refundable.
